The SFS series of products is tailor – made for the high – speed stamping of products such as motor cores and EI sheets. It includes a double – head uncoiler and an S – type leveler.
There are various styles of the double – head uncoiler for selection:
- According to the expansion method, hand – cranked type and hydraulic type can be chosen.
- According to the transmission method, non – powered type and powered type can be chosen.
- According to the rotation method, manual type, hydraulic type and electric type can be chosen.
We can customize this product according to the production needs of customers. For example, for coils that are lighter and narrower, a left – right shifting type can be customized, which can greatly save loading and unloading time and significantly improve production efficiency. For customers with high requirements, a laser – speed – tracking type can be customized. The uncoiler will adjust the unwinding speed in real – time according to the speed of the leveler, which will reduce material jitter and make production smoother.

As a new – generation intelligent stamping production line integration system, the SFS series is developed and designed specifically for the high – speed precision stamping processes of new – energy drive motors, micro – motors and EI – type silicon steel sheets. Adopting a dual – station alternating operation design, it supports uninterrupted continuous feeding and can be adapted to silicon steel sheet and cold – rolled sheet coils with a thickness of 0.35 – 1.0mm. Three – dimensional customization options are provided:
