Product Introduction
Adopting 4-high precision leveling structure, this machine solves defects of conventional leveling equipment including insufficient precision, uneven stress and workpiece deformation. It serves as high-precision auxiliary equipment for precision hardware and sheet metal finishing.
Equipped with full back-up rollers on upper & lower leveling rolls (different from partial back-pressure design), the equipment ensures uniform full-width stress on leveling rollers to avoid roller distortion and incomplete partial straightening. Reinforced body rigidity enables stable vibration-free operation and improved leveling accuracy. It achieves mark-free flattening for ultra-thin, precision and easily-deformed metal parts with consistent flatness complying with high-end precision assembly requirements.
Designed for secondary precision straightening of workpieces deformed after stamping, laser cutting and shearing, it effectively corrects warpage, camber, uneven edges and out-of-tolerance flatness. Widely applied in automotive precision hardware, electronic hardware components, metal mesh panels and aerospace precision parts. Compatible with thin sheets, tiny precision components and large flat plates to raise finished product yield and quality.
