    The high-speed gear feeder can feed at a speed of up to 500 times/min. It is a feeder model exclusively for stamping motor stators and rotors and transformer EI sheet products. In the mass stamping production of motor stator and rotor cores, with a high-speed punch press, the material can be quickly transported to the stamping area, greatly shortening the production cycle, meeting the needs of large-scale production, helping enterprises to seize the initiative in market competition and quickly deliver orders.

    Precision transmission, precise feeding

    Adopting gear transmission, high transmission accuracy, accurate and stable feeding. Intermittent feeding is driven by a precision divider, and the feeding step can be transformed from 1 to 4 gears. The material can be accurately transported to the specified position, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the stamping product size, effectively reducing the defective rate, reducing production costs, and improving product quality.

    Stable, reliable, and durable

    The feeding gear is heat-treated at HRC60 degrees and then precision-ground to reach P5 level.
    The upper and lower feeding rollers have been processed by high frequency, sandblasting and other processes, and the hardness reaches HRC60 or above. They can still operate stably under long-term and high-intensity working conditions, and have a long service life, providing strong guarantee for the company’s continuous and stable production.
