Leveling rollers and feeding rollers are made of 42CrMo alloy steel, processed via high-frequency treatment, grinding, chrome plating, and precision grinding. All gears undergo carburizing and quenching (HRC 58-62) followed by precision grinding, minimizing mechanical gaps to ensure feeding accuracy.
