Les traverses, les piliers A\/B, les poutres anticollision et les renforts pour chocs lat\u00e9raux sont d\u00e9sormais couramment fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux allant de l'acier biphas\u00e9 (DP) 800MPa \u00e0 l'acier \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance (AHSS), en passant par l'acier \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance (AHSS). <strong>1500MPa acier tremp\u00e9 sous pression (PHS \/ 22MnB5)<\/strong>. Le processus est divis\u00e9 en trois zones fonctionnelles : la section avant utilise 7 rouleaux avec des angles de morsure agressifs pour \u00e9liminer la flexion et la cambrure au niveau macro ; la section interm\u00e9diaire d\u00e9ploie 9 rouleaux avec des r\u00e9glages progressivement affin\u00e9s pour \u00e9liminer l'ondulation \u00e0 micro-\u00e9chelle et les vagues de bord ; et la section arri\u00e8re utilise 5 rouleaux avec une d\u00e9formation minimale pour homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser la contrainte r\u00e9siduelle sur toute la largeur de la bande. Cette approche progressive est particuli\u00e8rement efficace pour les mat\u00e9riaux AHSS \u00e0 fort retour \u00e9lastique - la section avant surmonte la macro-rigidit\u00e9 de l'acier 1500MPa, tandis que la section arri\u00e8re garantit que la bande sort de la machine dans un \u00e9tat de contrainte proche de z\u00e9ro, pr\u00eate pour l'emboutissage de pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan structurel, le 300-1300HSS s'\u00e9carte des conceptions conventionnelles \u00e0 cadre en C ou \u00e0 portique simple au profit d'une structure \u00e0 cadre en C et \u00e0 portique simple. <strong>portique quatre colonnes plus cadre hybride caisson-poutre<\/strong>. Le soudage du cadre est soumis \u00e0 un processus exclusif de r\u00e9duction des contraintes qui \u00e9limine les risques de d\u00e9formation. <strong>98% de la contrainte r\u00e9siduelle de soudage<\/strong>, La machine conserve ainsi sa pr\u00e9cision g\u00e9om\u00e9trique d'origine pendant des ann\u00e9es d'utilisation intensive.<\/p>\n<p>Chacun des 21 rouleaux de nivellement est fabriqu\u00e9 en <strong>GCr15 acier \u00e0 roulements<\/strong>, Le produit est ensuite soumis \u00e0 un traitement thermique graduel comprenant une trempe sous vide \u00e0 850\u00b0C et un traitement cryog\u00e9nique profond \u00e0 -196\u00b0C, suivi d'un chromage dur de 50 microns.
