Avec 4 \u00e0 6 changements de bobines par jour sur une ligne de poutrelles transversales tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9e, le temps de non-production cumul\u00e9 atteint 1 \u00e0 3 heures chaque jour - une perte silencieuse mais substantielle de capacit\u00e9 et de revenus.<br \/>\nLe d\u00e9rouleur \u00e0 double t\u00eate de la s\u00e9rie KHT de Yuanjia a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour \u00e9liminer compl\u00e8tement ce goulot d'\u00e9tranglement. Sa philosophie de conception est centr\u00e9e sur l'alimentation altern\u00e9e \u00e0 deux stations avec commutation de bobine sans temps d'arr\u00eat. Lorsque la bobine active approche de son extr\u00e9mit\u00e9, la machine ex\u00e9cute une s\u00e9quence automatis\u00e9e : serrage de la queue, cisaillement net, rotation de la tourelle de 180 degr\u00e9s et enfilage de la nouvelle t\u00eate de bobine - le tout sans interrompre la production en aval.<br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de suivi de la vitesse par laser ajuste dynamiquement la vitesse du d\u00e9rouleur pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande en temps r\u00e9el de la ligne de production en aval. Ce contr\u00f4le en boucle ferm\u00e9e garantit que la boucle de mat\u00e9riau entre le d\u00e9rouleur et le redresseur est maintenue \u00e0 une tension optimale, ce qui \u00e9limine efficacement l'instabilit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau et am\u00e9liore indirectement la stabilit\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9cision des op\u00e9rations d'alimentation et de presse.
