This equipment is an intelligent feeding system developed specifically for continuous production lines, which overcomes the technical bottleneck of automatic docking of 0.8-2.5mm thick steel coils, ensures uninterrupted operation of the production line, and improves the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) by 37%.
This machine is equipped with Panasonic TIG-350 argon arc welding machine (pulse frequency 0.1-350Hz adjustable), connected to Siemens PLC control system, to achieve shearing, alignment, and automatic welding. It is particularly suitable for processing technology with long processes in the back stage, and is widely used in stamping and rolling of automobile beams, rolling of warehouse logistics shelves, and continuous galvanizing production lines for home appliance plates, effectively reducing the workload of workers. An intelligent device for visual alignment detection is available.
