Es \u00fcberwindet den technischen Engpass beim automatischen Andocken von 0,8-2,5 mm dicken Stahlcoils, gew\u00e4hrleistet einen ununterbrochenen Betrieb der Produktionslinie und verbessert die Gesamteffizienz der Anlage (OEE) um 37%.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Maschine ist mit einem Panasonic TIG-350 Argon-Lichtbogenschwei\u00dfger\u00e4t (Pulsfrequenz 0,1-350Hz einstellbar) ausgestattet, das an ein Siemens PLC-Steuerungssystem angeschlossen ist, um das Scheren, Ausrichten und automatische Schwei\u00dfen zu erm\u00f6glichen. Sie eignet sich besonders f\u00fcr Verarbeitungstechnologien mit langen Prozessen im hinteren Bereich und wird h\u00e4ufig beim Stanzen und Walzen von Autotr\u00e4gern, beim Walzen von Lagerlogistikregalen und bei kontinuierlichen Galvanisierungslinien f\u00fcr Haushaltsger\u00e4teplatten eingesetzt, wodurch die Arbeitsbelastung der Arbeiter effektiv reduziert wird.
